No Penalties for Customers

If a message is flagged, it is reviewed by our support team. You will not be banned — our goal is to protect your interest and maintain a trustworthy space for everyone.

Please use the app to communicate clearly with your provider and avoid sharing personal contact or payment info outside the platform. This keeps your transaction secure and protected.

Refund Policy

We offer a transparent and secure refund process to ensure your satisfaction. If you cancel a booking within 7 days of the appointment date and the provider has not yet started work, you are eligible for a full refund.

In cases where the provider fails to deliver satisfactory service, you may file a dispute with photo or video proof for review. All approved refunds are processed back to your Fidemaint wallet or original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel a booking at any time before the provider begins the job. Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance are fully refundable.

For same-day or last-minute cancellations, refunds may be partial depending on the situation and whether the provider incurred travel or preparation costs.

We encourage timely cancellations and prompt communication to ensure fairness to providers.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your data. Only trusted Fidemaint team members have limited access for support purposes.

You can update or delete your account at any time through our support team. We retain basic records (e.g., booking history) for legal and financial purposes.
